The article Leadership Shortcomings: A Values Deficit talks about the importance of good leadership. It describes the importance of good leadership to better lead the company. Theauthor supports his argument with recent data that indicates great dissatisfaction among their subordinates on the way their superiors lead; potentially this no only leads to labor disparity but itcould consequently put great economic stability at stake. The term real leadership was then introduced in means to provide a clear view of what could alleviate the work force’s concern of weak ofleadership.
