Violencia intrafamiliar: un análisis desde la psicología humanista / Premature ejaculation. Development in its treatment

RESUMEN
En este artículo, se define la violencia intrafamiliar y son evocados los factores multicausales que pueden generarla en el seno de la célula fundamental de la sociedad. Por otro lado, se hace un análisis inextenso de los diferentes tipos de violencia (física, psicológica, verbal, sexual u otras), que, en el núcleo familiar, se puede ejercer sobre los miembros más vulnerables: niños, adolescentes y personas de la tercera edad. Por último, se ofrece una guía metodológica (no una receta culinaria), recomendada por expertos del Centro de Investigaciones Psicológicas y Sociológicas (CIPS), de la Academia deCiencias de Cuba, para evitar —hasta donde sea humanamente posible— el uso de la violencia intrafamiliar en cualesquiera de sus manifestaciones.

ABSTRACT
The premature ejaculation (PE) is nowadays probably the sexual dysfunction more frequent in the masculine sex and it is defined bysocial and cultural factors and the establishment of “compensatory” methods.  Premature ejaculation causes several affections for the person who suffers from it in the social, psychological or family environment. Its frequency is higher than the dysfunction, but with better levels of acceptance. Among the associated factors that lead to its occurrence are the biological causes, the possibleendocrinopathies, genetic tendency and psychological causes. Among the therapeutic options are shown the psychotherapeutic treatments from the tendencies of conduction, topic agents based in their majority on spray and creams with anesthetics components and other systemic treatments mainly based on anesthetics and ant depressive, as well as , the combination of methods and several pharmacs  getting then greater levels of effectiveness. Finally, it is proposed the antidepressive Dapoxetine that shows good level of response.  In the these paper was done a review of the theme deeping in aspect related with the masculine sexual answer and its treatment. With this objective the more updated works published in Pubmed and Medline were reviewed. Conclusions:   The premature ejaculation is a world problemand although the several variables of treatment is still a masculine resistance to accept it as a disorder and therefore to its treatment. The SRSI and specially Dapoxetine constitute a variable of an effective treatment.

INTRODUCCIÓNLa violencia social deviene un flagelo que no sólo amenaza a quienes vivimos en Cuba, sino también a todo los habitantes del planeta, donde el índice de violencia crece cada día más, y convierte —consciente o inconscientemente— al hombre en enemigo acérrimo del prójimo, y en consecuencia, lo compulsa a sustituir la palabra hablada —fuente inagotable de entendimiento humano— por las armas de fuego, lasarmas blancas, los cañones o todo lo que pueda destruir o lastimar la integridad bio-psico-socio-cultural, moral y espiritual del otro o no yo.
En ese ámbito, he decidido desarrollar la línea temática relacionada con la violencia intrafamiliar, la cual he tratado -en reiteradas ocasiones- en mi segmento de Salud Mental que —desde hace más de una década— sale al aire en la Revista InformativaRP-105, que se transmite los domingos por la octogenaria emisora Radio Progreso, así como por audio real en Internet.
