I definitely do not like Francisco’s job

During Francisco’s life, he has taken many jobs that he would never forget. Hehas worked as a data collector, for Tyson foods as a supervisor, for Taco Bell as a dish washer, for Hilton Garden Inn as a houseman, but none of these jobs was as ghastly as his job at Wal-Mart asan associate in frozen foods and dairy products department. The working conditions is foul; the work is physically hard, and, most of all, the pay is demeaning.
First, the working conditions areuncomfortable and dangerous. Francisco has to work in the freezer isle, and the temperature is between -12 to -15°C making the floor iced. As a result of the iced floor, Francisco had an accident lastyear, and he broke his lower lip. Some of his coworkers are very lazy, and they don’t do their job. During work he is limit to two paying fifteen-minute breaks and an unpaid hour for lunch. AlthoughFrancisco is accustomed to his job, it does not mean that the job is uncomfortable and dangerous.
Francisco would not mind so much to the working condition if the job doesn’t make massive demands on hisstrength and energy. Francisco has to organize the area in both departments such as a frozen foods and dairy department. He has to climb a ladder and take some boxes from the top of the cabinets.Some boxes contain 60 pounds of meat. After that, he has to carry the boxes outside to the supermarket’s freezers and organize the meat, so the customer can realize each type. He has to do the same thingfor five hours during 6 days a week making it boring and exhausting.
But even more than the working conditions and the physically exhausting job, what uncomfortable Francisco with his job is thelow pay. His pay is $8.90 per hour, but it is a part time job. Because Francisco only works 34 hours a week, he has to pay his own insurance. If there is extra work, he is willing to work overtime....
