What is abortion? Should abortion be illegal? What kind of problems can this decision take you to? Abortion isthe termination of pregnancy by the removal of the fetus or embryo. Many of the abortions made are by women less than the age of 25. Teenage pregnancy is very common and the worse thing is that it hasbeen because of rape or because they don’t know the consequences sex leads to until it happens. There are many ways for women not to get pregnant, such as: condoms, pills and the one that gives youbest results to not get pregnant is to be abstinent. Some people say that abortion is a right that the woman has. Many women that have an abortion believe that it is impossible for them to fallow theobligations that pregnancy leads to. It’s not a valid reason to say that they cannot fallow with the responsibilities and obligations that parenting takes; it is selfish thing to say. When they saythat, it is mainly because of social reasons. They simply don’t want to be criticized by other people. If the case is that you don’t have the money to maintain the baby, because of rape or simply becauseyou don’t want to have him, you can put the baby for adoption. There are many people that wish to start a family and give them the love they need. So, this means that you don’t have to think thatthis baby would be a criminal, addicted or unemployed, because you don’t know that yet. If we put it in terms of religious believes there’s only one thing that you can be certain, and it is that if Godgave you the privilege to have a baby it’s because they have a reason to be born. People should fallow more their morals and principles before making such a huge step that may harm them. Abortion maycause sepsis, infections, infertility, trauma, guilt or maybe even death.
