WHAT IS PRAGMATICS’ ANALYSIS
Type of text
What is pragmatics? Is a referencial text because I had to do an investigation about what pragmatics is. I did not have to write exactly the meaningof pragmatics and with that information develop the topic with examples, but based in a book.
Purpose
The purpose of the text is to explain when we use pragmatics and semantics sentencesandthe difference between them.
Attitude
My attitude to write this text was neutral, because of the topic. I just gave the definition of the terms pragmatics and semantics, but based on theinvestigation of the author that I read before.
Topic
My topic is about pragmatics its definition and the difference between it and semantics.
WILL YOUR CHILD BE PREPARED FOR CAREERS THATDON’T YET EXIST?

This text is expressive because in this text the author tries to give us her point of view about the chilren in these times, that they can’t use their knowledgeto solve prolem, they just are like robots and don’t think critically.
Purpose
The purpose of this article is to make us think about how our children are learning in schools, what they areacquiring and if that is useful for their lifes, their future lifes. They need to acquire the skills that they will use in careers that we don’t even kown yet. But sometimes the schools don’t careabout this skills which are called “soft skills”, if they teach our cildren how to develop that skills they could be prepared to face challenging problems.
Attitude
The author’s attitude in thisarticle is negative. Because the topic of the text is “Will your child be prepared for careers that don’t yet exist?” And she just answered her question with negative arguments that are true.Topic
Principally, the topic is about the “soft skills” that are really useful for a competitive future of our children.
