ENTERTAINMENT
• Which form of technology did you use? Be specific
My forms of technology are basically the internet, searching as ways of entertainment and specially focusingin a group that can be a distraction in a break of a great conference.
At the beginning I was thinking is something like a wine tasting but I realize that it would a distraction for the all afternoonand my objective is not to interrupt the conference as the way was planned.
• Did you need to use supplementary contact to the company/person apart from the initial contact?
If the delegatesapproved the current proposal I would have to contact the manager of the group to talk about details of the event and tell him what are my objectives, in which one of the most important is that I wouldlike to present something that make the delegates feel comfortable, and also make this a way of distraction of the actual conference.
If there is any detail that was missing at the beginning thisis the moment to clarify everything including things like what sort of stage and equipment they require for the proper functioning of the show.
