INTRODUCTION

1. The Association of the Belize Defence Force Families will be hosting its annual Children’s Christmas Party on December 19th2010. This will be held at the Families Association Building from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

AIM

2. To include members of the Force Children and to give them a chance to enjoy Christmas here withtheir Family.

1. The Family Association Buildingshould be made available for this event.




FEEDING
2. OC Logistics is requested to provide the food and snacks for the function.
3. OC Logistics is requested to provide packaged foods toinclude the following items for 75 x guests:
a. Hot Dog Sausages
b. Sandwiches
c. Macaroni and Cheese
d. Juice


MEDICAL

6. Minor Injuries - In the eventof minor injury or minor sickness, the casualty should be evacuated using BDF transport to the Force Medical Centre.

7. Serious injuries - When serious injuries occur they should be evacuateddirect to the local KHMH or ambulance after informing the Force Medical Centre.
