METHOD TO OPEN THE SPIRITUAL BRAIN
This meditation will take between ten and twentyminutes, therefore you should retire to a
room alone, in silence, and do not interrupt until you have finished.
Sit symmetrically, in a semi vertical position and in a comfortable way. Do not crossyour
legs.

1 - Close your eyes till the end of the practise. Relax all tensions. Breathe deeply twice or three
times.
2 – You feel that you are lighter and lighter till you feel that you canfloat.
Your conscience floats above your body, going higher than the place where you live, higher than
the roofs of the houses in your city, going through the clouds and floating outside the
atmosphere.3 - You are floating in the large space. The planet earth is a distant blue sphere. The sounds that
you hear are far away, coming from this distant planet. You feel as an astronaut that left hisspace capsule and takes a walk in space, without gravity.
4 – Put your conscience fifteen centimetres above your head. There it exists, since you have
been born, a sphere of white fire, of abouttwelve centimetres of diameter. Put your attention on
it until you feel that the top of your head (coronary) reacts, gets hotter and it begins to vibrate.
5 - The sphere of white fire lets a drop fallon your coronary. It burns the top of your head. One
by one, fire drops fall on your skull. The coronary catches fire as dry grass.
6 -.When you feel that the circle of flames has burned the coronarycompletely, the fire that
continues falling from the sphere, penetrates in your brain and makes way vertically between the
two cerebral hemispheres.
7 - The blast of fire looks for your pinealgland inside the brain, it surrounds it and burns it.
Layers of ashes fall from it and they come off while the ignorance layers burn out.
