As a sophomore student I could say that I am really enjoying the beginning of the spring semester 2010 and I hope to keep enjoying it. As everycollege student, I get instructions from all my professors, instructions that lead me to be graduated in a couple of years. We hear millions of them while we are studying, but sometimes the simpleststrategies can lead us not only to be graduated, but also to be a successful graduate student. Here I have 4 important functions that can help me positively in my spring semester, and those are planning,organizing, influencing and controlling.

Planning is the key word to have done in a day, week or year what you want. Specifically, I want to end up successfully this class using either a calendar ora day-by-day schedule helps a lot, but the point is to write those down. Planning goals facilitate our college life because at the moment that we plan goals we are clear of our futures, so itfacilitate to have a victorious one.
I consider myself an organized person. Probably that is the reason of why I completed some of my goals. In no doubt, students usually do not take one class per semesterbecause it would take years to complete college. So, taking 4 classes and being organized with my assignments I can feel more confident with myself and consider this semester ended up very well.There is neither a right way nor only one way influencing people. Professors, places, events, and situations at all times influence me. I am continually being influenced by what happens around me.Motivation is also a special thing that we have when we are interested in something. I just started knowing about management and other principles points involved in my major international business, sobeing motivated will help me that much to do essays and presentations getting good grades.
Another management function is controlling. Controlling can help me to make sure that there are not mistakes...
