Cooking club incudes three kind ofservices: Cooking School, Restaurant and Baby-Sitting. The Cooking School offers a course of two years, the first theorical and the second pratic, in order to train high quality chefs. The Restaurant, with a buffet, offers special and new dishes. The Baby-Sitting that entertains the children. The cooking club is the brainchild of four young girls who thought they could make a place to start thecreativity and the desire to invent, so the management team has organized a structure to meet the needs of young people, who allow them adequate training in order to enter into employment with the appropriate certifications, associate with this business there is a restaurant that allows the structure to be known and to reach a larger number of people, not underestimating the revenue that allows .Both can on baby-sitting service.
The restaurant market is very developed, but still there are few businesses that cater to the training of cooks, while many competitors can be found for the restaurant. In particular, the area where the company is located there are many competitors for the food service, because the presence of many fast food, pizzerias, restaurants and pubs. The staff chosen by the company is characterized primarily by one feature: the young age. Consequently other salient features of all staff must be creativity, determination and teamwork. The staff has experience in the kitchen catering area, including two of our experienced chef on cruise ships, motivated bythe desire to bring novelty and innovation in their place of origin, are willing to pass on their experience to all staff.
As for the management team, the experience is not much, because it is composed of four students driven by the desire to create a restaurant dedicated to good food, without losing the important principles of healthy cooking, strength to attract market attention to thisaspect, even the cooking school aims is to develop cooks able to combine these two principles.

The financial needs are quite substantial, especially with regard to expenditure on the purchase of kitchen and treatment room to welcome guests. The initial investment is approximately 201,150.00 whereas expenditure on the necessary accessories and those relating to legal expenses, salaries, advertising,etc.. The necessary amount is made up of a part of own capital and a part of venture capital. This amount can cover the necessary expenses for the first three months.
