LOS 5 FILÓSOFOS DE LA CALIDAD
IMPLANTACIÓN DE LAS 5S+1
Abstract.
From the 50s and during a series of conferences and Deming, Juran disciples, Japanese businessmen organized by the JUSE(Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers), triggered the development of main theories on Total Quality Japanese author: Ishikawa, Ohno, and more.

* Seekthe cooperation of the people, since it could not without them, training them work better in achieving the objectives of the company. It makes them responsible.
* Focus the company thecustomer. Systematic and comprehensive search of all not add value to the customer. Places to work in all people, trained at motivated to eliminate it. The obtained results and contributions to over the yearshave been spectacular, we can see in the competitiveness of their businesses. The methodologies and tools that were initially applied to environment production have transcended all areas of thecompany, leading to management model is known as Total Quality. Each of these authors with their particular vision emphasizes a different aspect quality, marking the evolution of the concept. These factsmanifested in a gradual redefinition of the concept of quality in parallel to new ideas take place at all stages and in each region.
