This article is about how the Polaroid SX-70 changed the way of taking photos in the 70´s. The SX-70 was themost innovative, sophisticated and revolutionary product of that time. It gave you the photographs instantly, that other cameras could not do it.This camera had a square shape and it was a little big.First you have to check your film pack, then open the camera, after that you have to check the balance and your position, and finally when the correct moment comes, press the red button and wait amoment to look your new photograph.The characteristic of the instant photo, makes this camera so famous at that time, and the most significant product of that company.In other point of view, adisadvantage was that the camera only has two colors, when the camera printed the photo, it only uses red and yellow, but later it was improved.The camera that were produced after the Polaroid SX-70 and thecameras nowadays, of course the cameras of nowadays are better because they have a better resolution and quality of photos, have a lot of functions to take photos, the quality of flash, and you canfilm a video in HD, maybe some digital cameras are touch screen, with panorama photos and that innovative things. I think that the only advantage of the Polaroid SX-70 is that it gave you the photos andyou could share them with your friends at the moment. |
