This story is neither so similar nor so different that the ones we know today. Some parts took place in the past while others occured in the present.
Everything started one Monday when Hotomi – a 15 years-old girl – was celebrating her birthday . She started the day so happy and quietly as she used everyday.
Hotimi´s house was a strange place. It seemed to be a temple, actually it was atemple! It was the most recognized temple in Japan, lots of people visit it along the year. The night before Hitomi´s birthday her grandfather talked with her about the familly´s history. Also, he talked her about some important issues of past time. He told her that in a far past there were a lot of malicious, evil spirits looking for The
Golden Pearl, the spirits traveled from place to place, fromtown to town destroying everything in their way; people, animals, inocent creatures that did not have any chance to survive. According to Hitomi´s grandfather, the Golden Pearl had some special properties and atributes that could make the spirits invincibles, immortal and super powerful. Having the precious pearl, the spirits could get what they wanted; towns, people, attention…everything!!!.Hitomi was really atonished!!!
The day of her birthday, Hitomi went to study as she had used normally, when she came to her house she heard something strange. It was an unknown sound in one of the rooms, in the one they have a wáter well. It was a sound that she has never heard before. It seemed that something was strongly hitting the woody walls of the well. The room was so dark as much as whenshe tried to see inside anything was perceptible. She called her brother Kyaru, she asked him for his company. They went to see what was happening in that room, she was so anxious and troubled about it.
The two afraid youths opened the door. Hitomi moved closer the well and suddenly… a big moster appeared in the room. It had the shape of a millipede with a huge, evil an ugly monster face , ytomo a hitomi del suelo levantándole en el aire y pidiéndole la perla dorada ella asustada le dijo que no la tenia y su estómago empezó a brillar cuando el gran monstruo la quizo lastimar de su mano salió una sensación muy extraña una gran honda salio de ella y despedazo al montruo callendo los restos y ella en el poso mientras ella caia pensaba en su muerte y después se dio cuenta queno había agua y que se había despertado al fondo del poso trato de subir y cuando llego al final del poso se traslado a un lugar muy distinto de su época actual estaba en un lugar lleno de aldeas y pasto no estaba el cuarto del poso asi que se dispuso a recorrer el lugar al que había llegado buscando llegar a su casa cuando ella recorria el lugar noto que las personas vestían de una manera muypulcra y diferente a la de ella
Las mujeres tenían el cabello muy largo y unas faldas y vestimentas parecidas a los kimonos muy largos estando hitomi allí se dio cuenta que más espíritus la perseguían y su estómago no paraba de brillar cuando giro a mirar si la estaban alcanzando se dio cuenta que el mismo monstruo de forma de 100 pies y de cara de demonio la había asechado de nuevo aunella habiéndolo despedazado el monstruo la irio y asi saliendo del cuerpo de hitomi la perla dorada callo encima de un árbol donde había un hombre con orejas de perro en un árbol sellado por una flecha dormido ella lo miro y le pidió ayuda el hombre mirándola indiferente le pidió que le quitara la flecha en ese momento ella reacciono y antes de que se la quitara apareció una anciana que ledijo que no podía hacerla pues este hombre era mitad demonio y si lo hacia lo probable era que ella moriría la anciana era una vieja sacerdotisa del pueblo y le dijo no lo puedes hacer joven ella viéndose atrapada le dijo no puedo hacer más lo siento y por salvarse solto al joven, el joven despedazo al 100 pies y le dijo tonta le hubieras hecho caso a la vieja anciana Kaede pues ella es la...
