Register of Legal Entities under No. 06.318.776/0001 -30

Powers:
Grantor hereby issues full and general powers toGrantee, appointing the latter as its attorney-in-fact in Brazil,
as maritime or air transport intermodal cargo shipping agent, to sign any and all documents with regard to
Brazilian authorities,especially the Department of Transportation, Department of Health, Federal Revenue
Service, Customs, Department of the Merchant Marine and all other Brazilian government bodies; including
documents ofrepresentation and obligations. Grantee shall also represent Grantor before private companies
and in international agreements. Special powers are also granted to furnish all contracts required to conductintermodal cargo shipping, sign documents, bills of lading, transact, give and receive settlement, deliver and
withhold goods, issues delivery orders and all conduct other necessary acts.Furthermore, Grantee is hereby granted powers to represent it before the Central Bank of Brazil to transfer
funds received on behalf of Grantor and to represent Grantor with full and general powers beforegeneral and
special courts with “ad judiciary et extra” powers, in any Court, Instance or Appeal Court, filing the relevant
actions against authorized parties and defending it in actions filed againstit, using legal resources and
overseeing them, further issuing special powers to confess, withdraw from, transact and enter into
commitments and agreements, give and receive settlement, offset or...
