Community project

El Salvador as a developing country is holding high levels of poverty due to mass unemployment. Moreover, a plan has been designed by our group in order to help communities effectively andefficiently solving the previous stated problems. One of the communities is EL Matazano. Our plan is going to be focused on building a venue which becomes a source of income for around 30 people, includingtheir families. Such plan will give them the opportunity to work and can also fund by their own counting with our support a making and distribution bread sustainable business.
The operation our planwill not only limit to provide different resources but also give them a close follow up in order to get profit reinvestment . As far as the business moves on tits growth they will become independentfrom our supervision. “Don’t give them a fish, teach them how to fish”
Besides providing follow up in their investments, we also want to offer some training so they can learn how to make bread,pastry and others related to bread making. Such training will be sponsored by people expert in bread making who are willing to help and teach for free. Thus, we will cut costs. Machinery needed for breadmaking includes ovens and blenders.
Profits coming from the selling of bread will be used in order to accomplish tasks developed in this particular site will help satisfy the community’s own needs.Another goal from this project is to face unemployment levels that are heavily present at El Canton Matazano. The purpose of the project is to boost a new working culture among the inhabitants ofthis place. Therefore, crime levels might be reducing gradually.
There are two ways to visualize success in our Project: in terms of quantity and quality.
