CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO CASA HABITACION

CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO QUE CELEBRAN POR UNA PARTE LA C. LIC. BRENDA K. RAMOS, QUIEN ADELANTE SE LE DENOMINARÁ COMO “LA ARRENDADORA” Y POR LA OTRA PARTE EL C. PANFILO FLORES RODRIGUEZ EN LOSUCESIVO SE LE IDENTIFICARA COMO EL ARRENDATARIO QUIENES SE SUJETAN A LAS SIGUIENTES DECLARACIONESS Y CLAUSULAS:
DECLARACIONES
1. LA ARRENDADORA DECLARA QUE EL INMUEBLE OBJETO DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO DEARRENDAMIENTO UBICADO EN CALLE NARANJOS #10, COLONIA LOS NARANJOS EN COATZACOALCOS, VER.
2. EL ARRENDATARIO RECONOCE QUE EL INMUEBLE OBJETO DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO ES PROPIEDAD DE LA ARRENDATARIA Y DECLARAQUE LO REQUIERE EN ARRENDAMIENTO POR EL TIEMPO DETERMINADO EN ESTE CONTRATO PARA USO DE CASA HABITACION.
CLAUSULAS:
PRIMERA: OBJETO. El “ARRENDADOR” DA EN ARRENDAMIENTO AL “ARRENDATARIO” LA CASAUBICADA EN CALLE NARANJOS #10, COL. LOS NARANJOS, COATZACOALCOS, VER., Y EL ARRENDATARIO LA TOMA EN ARRENDAMIENTO.

SEGUNDA: ENTREGA DEL INMUEBLE: El arrendatario conviene en desocupar el inmueble objetodel presente contrato, el día siguiente de que se termine el contrato, EN CONDICIONES DE USO. Las partes convienen que pueden dar por terminado el presente contrato, con treinta días deanticipación, a la fecha en que se desocupa el inmueble.

TERCERA: USO DEL INMUEBLE: LAS PARTES CONVIENEN QUE EL INMUEBLE ARRENDADO SOLO TENDRA USO DE CASA. El arrendatario no podrá usar el inmueble arrendado,más que para el fin que se establezca en el contrato; en caso de hacerlo éste quedará automáticamente rescindido
El arrendatario tiene absolutamente prohibido subarrendar, traspasar, o ceder susderechos de inquilino, parcial o totalmente o realizar cualquier otro uso de la propiedad, quedando rescindido automáticamente el presente contrato; en caso de contravenir cualquiera de sus cláusulas, sin elconsentimiento expreso y por escrito del arrendador.

CUARTA: MEJORAS, ADAPTACIONES Y MODIFICACIONES: LAS PARTES ESTAN DE ACUERDO QUE EL “ARRENDADOR” PODRA REALIZAR DURANTE LA VIGENCIA DEL...
