CREATIVITY

As we all know or heard open up creativity is the ability to produce original solutions to any problem. All human beings are creative is that which makes them different from all livingthings. But we have a period of our life in which we developed much of it, because as time passes fence falls on us in the adolescence having a point where our creativity ends or becomes minimal.The need to connect with the outside, leaving the mark on the world was undoubtedly right. We were creative rather than rational. Our system is creative brain of birth, the logic we learn throughteaching. The problem is that social life full of routines to ensure its efficiency and creativity makes it go off or hiding in the depths of our being.  In business and the professions is somethingsimilar: it is preferable to use known protocols and standardization of processes, which leave the individual a free field of action that causes errors or losses. Apply creativity is allowed only in areasand tasks where the company or the company is not adversely affected. The problem, among others, is that fewer and fewer fields where our work should not be automated.

The difference between the relatively highly creativeand uncreative lies not in the intelligence as it is measured in the intelligence test. The creative individual can, however, distinguish themselves in terms of personality traits. There are certainlymany exceptions, but generally it was found that the creative individual tends to be introverted, you need long periods of solitude and appears to have little time for what he calls trivialities ofdaily life and social relations. Creative individuals tend to be highly intuitive and be more concerned with the abstract meaning of the outside world by sense perception.
