A system is a set of functions, virtually referenced on some bases, whether these are real or abstract. The concept of system has two very different uses, which refer respectively to theconceptually designed systems (ideal systems) and the perceived objects which are in the reality. Both points establish a feedback cycle, as a system conceptually devised can become perceived and box within thereal, is the case of computers, cars, airplanes, spacecraft, submarines, mop, light bulb and many more referred to the great inventions of man in history. All of them you can give a more or lesscomplex level and are equipped with a discrete consistency about expressing their properties.

As we know a system is a set of parts that relate to each other to achieve a goal that will contribute tothe decision making.
For example, an information systems have parts or components that make processes run better:
1. Human resources: consisting of people who interact with the system Information.These can be in turn computer operators (people in charge of getting information), specialists in Information systems (systems analysts and programmers who develop and operate information systems),final users (also called clients , which use an information system already generated).
2. Hardware: constituted by the physical devices used in the processing of information. The teams are divided intothe following elements:
a) Central Processing Units (CPU )-known as central processors , microprocessors contain and constitute the brain of the computer .
b) Main memory: where data and programswhich are then processed by the CPU are stored.
3. Peripherals: elements connected to the CPU and serves as a communication channel between the computer and the user (input devices, as a keyboard;storage devices, as hard drives; output devices, as monitors and printers)
4. Software; classified in:
• System Software: computer programs are operating system. For example Windows.
