Anyone who tries to help others learn (not just teachers in the classroom, butparents who teach their children, than teaching their apprentices, etc.), Can benefit from the knowledge of educational psychology and decision-making models.

Examples of decision-making focuson teaching in the classroom, it should be noted, however, that the decision-making model applicable in all areas of instruction and all teaching roles. Educational psychology provides a framework forobserving the student in the learning process, the study of educational psychology includes the following areas:

*Educational objectives and instructional design.

*Development of personality andaptitude of the student.

*The learning process, theories of learning and motivation.

*The psychology of teaching methods (select, organize, motivate, explain and provide a basis for learningefforts of students).

*Social dynamics (for example, know how to organize students for collaborative work in groups, social cognition).

*Classroom management (preventing and responding to behaviorproblems, seek the cooperation of students, allowing students to take appropriate responsibility for managing their own learning).

*Evaluation of the results.

Good teaching requires proficiencyin three areas: knowledge and teaching skills, and decision making skills.

Good teaching involves the integration of content knowledge and students, more broadly, the formulation of thecurriculum.

IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY.

Educational psychologists develop explicit assumptions about the conditions that facilitate learning and then gather data to verify or refute theseassumptions.
