Create one stop shops to centralise theadministrative and tax-related formalities required by mobility, as well as establish tools that make it easier for workers from other States to open bank accounts
or look for accommodation.Promote collaboration between education entities and enterprises, in order to adapt the training and
education systems to the labour market needs.
Foster greater communication between the PublicEmployment Services of European countries and
facilitate the exchange of information about difficult-to-fill jobs and new employment fields.
Improve the coordination between the Social SecuritySystems of European countries to prevent the
diversity of systems from causing problems to those who work in different countries.
Generalise the use of the European Health Card even for long stays,contemplating the possibility of
including a chip with medical records.
Promote language learning at all levels (formal and non-formal education) and provide more practical
learning in secondaryeducation and occupational training, as well as throughout the entire higher education period. It is also important to work on the official recognition of non-formal and informal learning.Continue to work towards the rapid and adequate recognition of occupational training and qualifications in European countries.
Foster equal opportunities and multiculturalism, fighting againstdiscrimination in the access to and
permanence on the labour market.
Foster the creation of “Welcome” centres in cities or regions that can be used as reference to obtain
updated information about theplace of destination.
Achieve greater dissemination of existing instruments and mainly of the EURES Network to become
better known among European enterprises and citizens.
