What are the causes of crime in your country? How can this problem be dealt with?

Crime is a big social problem which is in every countries of world.In Chile the crime is one of the most important issues which worry to society. This essay is going to address the causes of crime in Chile.
One of the maincauses is unemployment. Because people do not have a stable job which helps them to pay everything in their lives such as education, foods, clothes andentertainment so they cannot improve their lives. As a result, although something is illegal, they do by the few opportunities that have them.
Furthermore,the poverty that affects some people is the basis of many crimes. What is more, the people which do not have knowledge and skills to do anything, for themit is easier to commit a crime. As a result, they are seduced easily to do illegal actions. For instance, some poor girls from poverty areas, they areeasily cheated to become bad girls which is a kinds of crime.
Another cause is lack of parental discipline. Nowadays the teenagers feel more freely then whenthey want to obtain something and their parents do not give it. It is a step first of wanting to get what they want and often do commit crime.
To sum up,crime is a serious problem in our society. Possible solutions to this problem include educating criminal and town planning that can help people to improvetheir lives. Education is the answer to finally eradicate crime so the crime and poverty reduction will make Chile a developing country potentially.
