I understand that by signing, I will be sent 4 shipments of Early Mountain Vineyards wine per year. I understand that my credit cardwill be automatically billed for the retail value of the wine, less my member discount, 5 days prior to wine shipments. Taxes and shipping may vary by destination. "Will call" members will pick uptheir shipment within 30 days or the order will be shipped. You can cancel at any time 2 weeks prior to a shipment by contacting via phone (540.948.9005) or emailing memberclub@earlymountain.com. Voidwhere prohibited. All shipment addresses must have a signatory 21 years or older available to sign for the package and must be addressed only to those 21 years of age or older.
• 15% discount on allEarly Mountain wine and non-wine purchases on-site during each visit (excluding food). • Free flight tasting for new member and up to 3 guests the day of sign up. • Certificate for 4 free flighttastings to be used throughout the calendar year. • Exclusive special members only events for you and a guest. • Each wine shipment is accompanied by a quarterly members only newsletter featuringindividualized tasting notes for each wine and savory recipes for pairings. • Exclusive access and discounts on special offers and premium non-wine products • Preferred pricing on site rentals.
