Doing Business with Latin Americana people

Having a successfulinternational negotiation is highly related to who deal with it, but also to how much he or she knows about the countries involved. For that reason, the multicultural training becomes a very importantability that has to be shown during a negotiation. The multicultural training is not only related with speaking the language of the counterpart country but it also means know, as much as possible, theculture, folkways, etc.
When a negotiation is between countries from the same region is easier to deal with it. But, the negotiation becomes a little bit difficult when the countries involved arefrom different regions and even from different continents. Besides, the differences in economic status of each country are involved. For example, when a country with a good economic development wantsto deal with other with lower development the problems arise because of the interests of each one.
This last situation is often present in negotiations between Latin American countries and countriesfrom continents like Europe or Asia. ¿Why? Well, most of the countries from these continents have developed economies while Latin Americans are just begging with the process of developing theireconomies. Although it can be inferred that Latin American countries are not that much important in business, it must be basic to understand what the role of these countries are in the economy of thebusiness world.
Actually, according to the ease of doing business rank most of the Latin countries have a regular score in the aspects evaluated. Some of the aspects evaluated are dealing withconstructions permits, registering property, getting credits, paying taxes, trading across borders and some others.
