Writing an Invitation Letter
An invitation letter is a document that you use to tell a person about an event that you will have and that you want him/her to come join you. Usually, invitation letters are informal which means that you can feel free to use informal vocabulary, nevertheless, you must not forget grammar rules and keep in mind the spelling of words.
Students mustinclude the three parts of an invitation letter:
 Introduction: Greeting the person and mentioning the reason you’re writing.
 Invitation: Mentioning the event you’re inviting him/her, information about the event and why you would like to invite him/her.
 Closing: Say goodbye and hope for the best

The letter must be an invitation to an event related to your major. You must usepresent simple, future will and future going to.
