THE MORAL VALUES

INTRODUCTION
The rules that govern our lives has been important throughout the history of mankind and thedevelopment of cultures of either human and conceptions of the good or the evil that has been in this evolutive change

Moral values ​​are therefore the parameters that allow us to judge whether an act ismorally good or bad, according to the implicit or explicit agreements that has denoted a society. There are characteristics that despite the diversity of culture and thought, are common to determineif it is really worth.

There are different groups in terms of scale of values. In fact, each person has the ability to assess an act as good or bad, depending on their capabilities to what is calledconscience. Among the events we do every day, we can differentiate human actions and man. Finally you need to concretize the concepts in the work environment that requires a behavior that can bejudged as morally good.

OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Help to people to rescue every one of the Moral Values, that are lose in the time for the new generations.

SPECIFICS OBJECTIVES
* Defineand identify moral values.
* Analyze the qualities of a leader.
* Help the formation of children and youth with moral values ​​and leadership qualities through the modernization of educationbased on the development of skills and competencies.
