INTRODUCTION
Ecuador's economy is the eighth largest in Latin America. Ecuador experienced economicgrowth of 4.6% between 2000 and 2006. The economic model applied in Ecuador is public expenditure, it is supported by the oil and the taxes generated in the country.
The U.S. economy is the largestsince 1890. Its nominal PIB is between 15 billion and represents approximately a quarter of nominal global PIB. The U.S. economic model is based on high levels of investment and research. It is one of theworld's richest nations.

State investment boosts the economy. In Ecuador to represent government spending 43% of PIB, has enabled the development of various sectors of the economy such as: theconstruction sector which accounts for 42% of PIB, followed by the services sector with 25%, and sectors that contribute most to the Ecuadorian economy. Public spending is reflected in health,sustainability, education, security, support to PYMEs, which have generated more places of employment, reducing unemployment. The increase in salaries in the public sector has allowed demand more goods andservices produced in the economy, given this situation, companies must produce more goods and services to meet demand, and need to meet the demand for labor, the which earns a fee for their servicesand this tends to purchase more goods and services that is the flow of the economy. United States focuses its efforts on research investment and capital. Currently most of the economy is based on theservice sector which accounts for 75% of PIB, remains an important industrial sector specializing in high technology with 22.5% and lead sectors representing 20% ​​of global manufacturing output.
