It is that quality which the human person is determined to always choose to act based on truth and real justice (giving each one his due, including itself).

Being honest is to be real, according to the evidence presented by the world and its various phenomena and elements, is to be genuine, authentic, objective. Honesty expresses respect for self andothers, who, like us, "are like" and there is no reason to hide it. This attitude seed self confidence and those who are in contact with the honest.

Honesty is not just openness (ability to tell the truth) but assume that the truth is only one and it does not depend on people or consensus but what the real world presented as undeniable and essential to recognize.

What is not honesty:

 - It is the simple honesty that leads people to respect the distribution of material goods. Honesty is only a particular consequence of being honest and fair.

- It is not the mere recognition of emotions "and I feel" or "do I really feel." Be honest, and involves analyzing how real (true) are our feelings and resolve to sort searching the good of others and their own.

- Not the messy openingone's privacy for the sake of "not hide who we really are", involve the true sincerity, with the right people at the right times.

- There is the cynical and shameless why discussing anything with anyone ... openness priority is the recognition of truth and no clutter.

We must take seriously honesty, be aware of how it affects any dishonesty no matter how small ... We must recognize that itis a fundamental condition for human relationships, for genuine friendship and community life. Being dishonest is to be false, unjust, impostado, fictitious. Dishonesty does not respect the person himself and seek shade, cover-up: a willingness to live in darkness. Honesty, however, stains the life of trust, honesty and openness, and expressed the willingness to live in the light, the light oftruth.

   TIMELY

The value that is built for the effort to be on time at the right place.

The value of punctuality is the discipline of being in time to meet our obligations: a quote from the work, a gathering of friends, a commitment to the office, to deliver outstanding work.

The value of punctuality is necessary to equip our character personality, order and efficiency, as this value tolive fully we are able to do more, play better job, be trustworthy.

Lack of timeliness speaks for itself, it follows easily little or no organization of our time planning our activities, and of course an agenda, but what's behind all this?

Often the lateness of the interest arises in us an activity, for example, is more attractive to a young chat with friends to get to classes on time, forothers it is preferable to a long delay desktop and arrival at the office . The result of living according to our tastes, is the loss of formality in our actions and gradually reasserts the vice of late.

In this sense we might add the importance of an event for us, if we have an interview to solicit employment, to close a business meeting or appointment with the director of the study center, wedo everything possible to be on time, but if the friend always, the meeting where people will not patronize and know little, or person-in our opinion-is unimportant, do our best to not be on time, who cares ...?

To be precise we must first be aware that every person, event, meeting, activity or event is a particular degree of importance. Our word should be the synonym of guarantee to have ourpresence at the right time and necessary.

Another factor affecting the survival of this value, and is not very visible, occurs precisely within us: imagine, remember, and supposedly recreate several things to think bath time, while we rest a bit on the couch, when we go to the supermarket to buy "only what is needed" in the short break that we in the office or between classes ... but in fact...
