Charles Chaplin como Charlot

Charlot es un personaje que trabaja en una fábrica donde todo es muy monótono. Esa es la razón por la que induce a la locura y seguir sus días dentro de un manicomio.Después de su rehabilitación, es encontrado accidentalmente en una manifestación comunista y es encarcelado. Por una actitud heroica, recibe buenos tratos y, posteriormente, la libertad.

Al serliberado, debe salir a enfrentar una sociedad que se palpa la incertidumbre y el miedo.

Charlot, perteneciente a la clase trabajadora, sufre las consecuencias de la Gran Depresión y ladeshumanización a causa de la Revolución Industrial.

Él vive en condiciones desesperadas, con una huérfana, luchando por sobrevivir.

After his rehabilitation, he is found accidentallyin a communist demonstration and he is in jailed. For a heroic attitude, he gets good deals and then the freedom.

When he is released, he has to leave to face a society that feels the uncertaintyand fear.

Charlot, belongs to the working class, suffers the consequences of the Great Depression and the dehumanization because of the Industrial Revolution.

He lives in desperate conditions withan orphan, struggling for survival.
