In this essay I would like to expose the idea to undertake the manufacture of elements for renewable energy generation, namely the production of panels for harnessing the power of the sun through photovoltaic electricity and solar heat. The alarm arose as a result of the nuclear crisis in Japan, along with rising oilprices resulting from the popular uprisings of the Arab producers, has opened the debate on the need to boost consumption of alternative renewable energy. This opens the opportunity to exploit a niche market in Portugal and Spain had been in a process of definition as a result of the economic crisis. Indeed, the current high energy costs had placed on a green background the development andimplementation of these alternative ways of

electricity supply from the exploitation of the energy power of the sun, wind and tides.

This type of energy is derived from inexhaustible natural sources, some of the vast amount of energy they contain, and others because they are able to regenerate by natural means.
These alternative energy sources can supplement the conventional useof existing energy sources, which eventually depleted over time. However, renewable energies are considered an alternative source for its availability both in time and due to its lower environmental impact.
As we all know, there are different renewable sources of energy, I will cite a few:
- Wind power: wind.
- Hydropower: rivers and freshwater streams.
- Energy maredriving on the seas and oceans.
- Solar energy: the Sun
Currently these energy sources represent only 20% of Spanish consumption of electricity. However they are about 80% of energy needs in society that focus around the industry, the demand for heating and air conditioning of buildings and transport vehicles, trains and planes, which means that if we start to use alternative energysources as substitutes for current have the same results and cleaner than the present.

2. Who are the potential customers for your product or services and why will they purchase it from you?

The project is directed at clients such as:
- Energy Distribution, transmission and production.
- Governments so that they meet the new demands from suppliers such as electricallycharged vehicles, and any other mechanism.
- retail markets. Specifically, citizens who rely on electricity and either found it difficult to access, ie, to generate more autonomy in their homes, or need to supplement the service available now, but too costly. For example those who live outside the city, in a villa, village, or house to give them autonomy in the use of energy, both directly ashot water and heating.
- Farms in need of electricity, such as leveraging the power of the sun that can be collected and processed using conventional solar panels or solar collector flat or, alternatively, photovoltaic cells and solar thermal power plants.

3. How will you reach your potential?

I will reach my potential in a persuasive way with advertising campaigns and specificbusiness strategies such as:
- getting in touch with the relevant institutional bodies of the governments of Portugal and Spain, with the counties and cities of Portugal and the Autonomous Communities of Spain, to develop an internationalization strategy for both countries ..
