* You must decide the unique selling point of the vitamin drink: Gyms.

* Develop a marketing strategy for this drink describing clearly the target audience and how you intend tocommunicate and sell to them.

* Rebranding to point out that it doesn’t consist only of sugar like Red Bull or Burn, it has vitamins, it is produced locally. Good for help and introducing HACCP.* Name and packaging: express locality, “Energee” is to international …. Keep the glass package but make gyms comfortable for using it in there. Promote recycling and advice customers toleave the bottles in the gym (reduce costs).

* Use informative leaflets to tell customers how often they should drink it and when : before or after the training? Once/twice a week?

* Take itout of retailing shops, sell it only in sport centers to underline the uniqueness of the product.

* Target: Amateur sport lovers! Average sport and active people/ people who go to gym. Officeworkers & young people who are concerned enough about health and lazy to get more information about the trainings, food and innovations in the area.
* Launch at a particular sport club,organize an event , invite loyal customers and in between promote the new healthy drink.
* Promotion: Public sources. Gym stuff to advertise; give leaflets, product on the top shelf. Sport shops:information about it. Make informative seminars for assistants and trainers.

* Partnership with a particular gym. Give coupons – member of a particular gym get discount, get mutual advertising.* Tell us what the challenges are and how you will overcome them/
* Money problem: cooperation with Gyms can cut advertising costs / just offer the drinks when they sell the subscriptions.
*Since Cash flow are tights… target the average people at a gym.
* Reduce costs by new partnership as Gyms require lower margins.
