Used to
We use USED TO + an infinitive (smoke, run etc) when we want to say that somethinghappened regularly in the past but that it doesn't happen any more.

Examples
I used to run 10 km a day...but now I am too old for that.
We used to play cards until midnight.
'Do you often go to the cinema?' 'No, but I used to.'
This is Tom....He used to smoke 100 cigarettes a day.

Se utiliza la estructura USED TO + un verbo en infinitivo (fumar, correr) cuando queremosdecir que algo sucedía regularmente en el pasado pero que ya no sucede más.
