Description
Prominent New York Corporation seeks an Executive Personal Assistant to assist with responsibilities that include:• Maintaining a busy and ever changing business calendar and providing prior notification to the client of the scheduling of events
• Procuring equipment, supplies and services as needed
• Maintaining theoffice
• Monitoring business expenses
• Handling special requests and related duties as needed
• Handle extremely busy phones
• Update and management of database and contacts
• Generaladministrative functions
• Travel itineraries
• Expense report management
• Draft email and mail correspondence
• Coordinate mass mailings
• Travel as needed
• Manage and coordinate corporate gift purchases• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison
 
Salary is generous, but DOE.  This position also includes a full benefits package, and potential to earn discretionary annual bonus.
 
 
Requirements• Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university
• A minimum of five years related experience
• Excellent computer skills in both Mac and PC, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and e-mail
• Ableto work flexible hours
• Poised and polished with a professional mindset
• Superior judgment with confidential materials
• Must know how to prioritize executive tasks
• Capable of operating in anevolving and often unstructured environment
• Availability to be on call via blackberry as needed
• Superior written and oral communication skills
