ETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF A COMPANY OF THE MININGSECTOR IN THE PERU.

The social managerial responsibility is given when a company wants to help to the voluntary contribution of social, economic and environmental level for with this form to improve a situation in a society. The related thing to the environment is the responsibility that an organization has with the environment. In the social thing they are actions that realize the companies inorder that the activities realized by them, have positive consequences in the society by the values and principles that are created. To economic level, the company speaks with regard to the human resources with which it develops his activity; so much boarders (workers, executives) or day pupils (clients, suppliers).
Both in the internal thing and in the external thing, the expectations of theparticipants in the economic, social thing, human and environmental, it is necessary to demonstrate with the respective respect to ethical values, the society, the environment, etc... All that in search of the common good. Inside the ethical responsibilities of an organization with the workers and with the society we can find some like: the products that are offered are in the needed conditions; torespect the conditions of work of our personnel by means of safety and labour health; to achieve a good growth of the company; to avoid any type of pollution; to respect the realized contracts, according to the laws and the in force procedure.
The social managerial responsibility can be used also by small companies on the different markets, since with it one seeks to promote the competitiveness and ofthis form to improve the results of the organizations. The above mentioned activities can be used for public, private companies, citizens' companies, organizations with social ends, in conclusion the ethics and the social responsibility is an activity that is used from the decade of the thirties or seventies. But the certain thing is that from the globalization, the rapid growth of the economicactivity, the ecological conscience and the new technology that comes to our countries, these terms have evolved from the decade of the nineties.
The Latin-American countries newspaper that I decided to work on the ethics and social responsibility of a company to join the mining industry, was Peru. Since in this country the mining industry is one of the most important sectors of the Peruvianeconomy, which represents more than 50% of the exports of this country, which means Peru near four billion dollars a year. The mining industry generates a high movement of the capital, from the year of 1.993 it has increased the production of minerals and the minerals that are exported are: silver, zinc, lead, gold, iron, copper, between others. Nowadays these minerals are in use for industrial processeshigh-level technologically.
It is believed that alone Peru has extracted only 12% of the totality of the mineral resources. Out of the renowned aspects previously, Peru was chosen by his nearness by Colombia, by his language, by his similarity in the culture, by the relation that the governments of time weigh anchor behind and first of all for that both countries belong to the union of SouthAmerican nations "UNASUR".
The major problem which the whole mining industry has had to face is the negative form in it her is perceived by the society. This does not happen only in Peru, if not that on the contrary these have been aspects that the whole society has perceived. These aspects are: there is thought erroneously that the mining industry contaminates the environment; it is believed that...
