In regards to the activity details in theDealer Open, the chronological order and information is not correct. The following is the correct sequence of events…
• RO 12526 5/27/09 Major Service Performed
64,213 milesTwo Drive Belts replaced due to engine area growling noise
$673.76 charged
• RO 13967 6/16/09 Vehicle had a howling noise from drive train. Techrecommended
64,755 miles Front wheel bearing replacement. Cust did auth. Repairs did not
correct concern. CUSTOMER NOT CHARGED.Total of $254.46
NO CHARGE billed internal per Service Manager for miss-diag. Customer also
TO CUSTOMER offered credit of $125.00 for belt replacementfrom previous RO that
also did not address noise. Customer given this in writing on invoiced
copyof repair order.
Customer Advised Tires were source of noise. Customer declined to purchase tires from Centennial Toyota and went elsewhere for tire replacement.
• RO 165147/10/09 Vehicle came in for a “Check Engine Light” concern. Vehicle loosing
65,372 miles fuel pressure from filler neck/filler line to fuel tank.
$239.72charged Repair was to drop the fuel tank, replace fuel line from filler neck to
tank (bulk hose used from Parts Dept) and replacement ofgas cap, then
re-install fuel tank.
• RO 17534 7/20/09 Vehicle came back due to customer could not fill fuel tank with out fuel...
