This software is the property of ProComp Computer Services, Inc. (the "Company"), thecopyright owner. It licenses the use of the software worldwide. It does not transfer ownership of this copy. In addition, you assume responsibility for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use, and results obtained for the software.

LICENSE
If you have purchased the single user license, you may only copy the software in machine readable form ontoone single user computer. If you have purchased the single server license, you may copy the software in machine readable form onto a single network server; the software may be used by any user directly connected to that server. If you have purchased the corporate license, you may make as many copies of the software as you wish, and install those copies on as many computers as you wish, providingthat all computers must belong to the corporate entity, or be under their control. If any computer leaves the corporate control, the software shall be removed. With any license you may make one copy for archival purposes. With the single server and the corporate licenses, you may also copy the documentation in its entirety only, including copyright notices, as much as you wish, for distribution tousers only.
