The phobia

A phobia is a disease caused by fear of something. Some people have this disease. An example of this problem is fear of spiders, fear of close places, height,water, airplanes, insects etc. Many people visit the doctor but only to control the problem because this kind of phobia doesn’t have a cure. However the people rarely diefor this problem. For this reason I’m going to talk about the causes and effects of my phobia that is close places.

The fist cause was one time when I was playing with my oldercousins, they put me in a small trunk and I couldn’t breathe, and I couldn’t see, also, I was very hot, almost fainted, after this this day I can’t be in closed places andI was very scared. It took me several days to recover from the shock.

Another cause of this phobia was television because I saw many people in the movies dying in closedplaces and I thought that is could happen to me, and I can’t sleep in the night. In addition I think this is the most common phobia people have.

For this causes got someeffects than occur in my life for this reason im going to talk about that effects that the phobia brought.

Some times this problem affect in my life. One effect is that Ican’t stay in closed places such as closets, trunks, etc. having this problem is complicated. This effects my life constantly, another effect is that I can’t see movies withthis essence such as horror movies and suspense movies.

In conclusion the phobias are bad diseases and it is difficult to live with these problem but with time you learn tolive with this. However you can do many things to combat this problem, such as go to the doctor, try to not to do activities in closed places, and be more relaxed in your life.
