LAS ESTRATEGIAS DE LECTURA. CONCEPTO Y ENSEÑANZA

Los continuos cambios que la sociedad sufre se convierten en fundamento para desarrollar en nuestros alumnos la capacidad de aprender a aprender Con ello se pretende favorecer un dominio procedimental adecuado que les posibilite un aprendizaje autónomo, el cual garantiza su adaptación a las necesidades que presente el entorno. Esta perspectivadesemboca en la necesidad de dotar a nuestros alumnos de distintas estrategias de aprendizaje. Hasta el momento, se han seguido dos alternativas paralelas: por un lado los programas estructurados de «enseñar a pensar», y por otro el impulso que la reforma dio a los contenidos procedimentales en el desarrollo curricular. Ambas perspectivas han recibido críticas, f)ero pensamos que ninguno de losanálisis presentados ha detectado el origen de esta problemática. Damos una alternativa, desde una nueva visión de qué es enseñar estrategias de aprendizaje. No se trata de desarrollar procesos encadenados, que se reproduzcan en situaciones nuevas de enseñanza. propio planteamiento estratégico, y abordando la problemática de una forma creativa y flexible. Se trata de capacitar para la adaptación. Nos centramos en un área específica, la enseñanza de las estrategiasadecuadas para llegar a comprender textos escritos. Sugerimos la necesidad de partir del análisis de la situación para desarrollar los diversos procesos y habilidades que están implicados en la comprensión, planteando sugerencias que favorecerán la enseñanza de dichas estrategias e incardinando todo este proceso en otro más global. De este modo, lo que se busca es la relación de los interesescomprensivos que presente el sujeto, con otros cercanos al ámbito de la animación y al fomento del hábito de lectura, humanizando los procesos al interpretarse al lector en la totalidad de su persona y no sólo como una mente que selecciona y aplica secuencias de comprensión textual. SUMMARY: The continuous changes that the society suffers become foundation to develop in our students the capacity tolearn how to learn. With it is sought to favor it an appropriate procedural domain that facilitates them an autonomous learning, which guarantees their adaptation to the necessities that it presents the environment. This perspective ends in the necessity of endowing our students of different learning skills. Until the moment, two parallel alternatives have been continued: on one hand the structuredprograms of «teaching to think», and for other the impulse that the reformation gave to the procedural contents in the curriculum. Both perspectives have received their critics, but we think that none of the presented analyses has detected the origin of this problem. We give an alternative, from a new visión it is to teach learning skills of what. It is not to develop chained processes thatreproduce in new situations of teaching. Rather we interpret it as the optimization of resources of the fellow, applied to each one from the realities to those that this faces, looking for their own strategic position, and approaching the problem in a Creative and flexible way. It is to qualify for the adaptation. We center ourselves in a specific área, the teaching of the appropriate skills to end upunderstanding written texts. We suggest the necessity to leave of the analysis of the situation to develop the diverse processes and abilities that are implied in the understanding, outlining suggestions that will favor the teaching of this skills and incarnate whole process in other more global.
