• Maintenance and Repair- regular orscheduled maintenance and exceptional repair
• Installing and Tailoring- Installation, customization, fitting, etc.
• Promoting- Marketing communications, including advertising, personal selling,and promotions and provision of required customer information to persuade customers to buy and rebuy
• Negotiating- creating dialogue and bargaining to identify interests and reach agreement
•Matching. Fitting diverse customers with diverse product alternative in conditions of scarcity
• Training- Technical training for customers and staff, help-desk support, etc.
• Marketing Research-Understanding the customers, competition, and market and communicating that information to manufacturers, suppliers, and other channel partners
