Exploitation of theminor is not new.
The history of mankind has recorded repeatedly that all people, even the most cultured and civilized, have promoted the system of child exploitation. To this end we recallespecially the children exploited in the coal mines of England and Ireland exploited children during the industrial revolution in Europe, the abuse and exploitation of indigenous children by the Spanishconquistadors and during the 300 years of viceroyalty, who used to work the mines and extract the silver and gold that was sent to the Spanish kingdom's capital from Mexico and Peru. These indigenouschildren were subsequently also intended to be the hardest and most thankless tasks in the countryside, in the mining and the emerging industrialization of the country and in landfills. Situation thatcontinues to this day.
Preventing child exploitation
The elimination of child labor has been one of the priorities of the United Nations since its inception.
The International Labour Organization(ILO) of the United Nations has based its action on the
stipulation of the minimum age for admission to employment as a criterion to define and regulate child labor.

La historia de la humanidad viene registrando de manera reiterada que todos los pueblos, hasta los más cultos y civilizados, han fomentado el sistema de explotación infantil.
