There are many factors such as sports, diets, exercise that will help the people to improve their fitnesses.
To begin with,sport is one of the most important factor in building up the health, because is the action to make exercise. This help the body of a person to be better, healthier and thiner. This maintains physicalexercise and overall health. By doing exercise and going to gym the person will build up its muscles and body so it will fell more uncomfortable. Frequent and regular physical exercise helps theimmune system, and also prevent diseases such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease , diabetes and obesity. It also contributes in depression including being overweight, stress and anxiety. Althoughthis is a good factor to build up the fitness, excessive exercise is harmful. Without proper rest, the chance of being injured is big, so each person has to be cautious . In extreme instances,over-exercising induces serious performance loss. Another danger is overtraining in which the intensity or volume of training exceeds the body's capacity to recover between bouts.
The other factor is thediet. The nutrition is very important as the exercise itself. When we do exercise it is even more important to have a good diet so we eat the necessary nutrients fot a better performance. Also there isthe problem of the cholesterol, that if there is to much in the body, it can clogged the arteries and this can interrupt in the blood flow so it can cause a heart attack, or in the case of the brain,that person can have a stroke. What the people have to eat that helps the body, is fibre that clear the blood of bad cholesterol and as it acts as a butter, less fat is absorbed. Calories are veryimportant in the diets. When they eat less calories, less fats are absorbed in the body.
