ABSTRACT: This report was based on integrated AND, OR, investment. The questionis to know the logic gates in each of them has alsointegrated within each recognize and know its input and output of each is therefore made two crucial experiments, whichshowed simple experiments work very demonstrative as a logic gate. As a firstpointmade experiment was carried out only with rectifier diodes, transistors and resistance.In short it was shown in this example that comprises a built inside.KEY WORDS: AND, diodes, integrated, OR, INVESTING, transistors, resistors, voltage, air inlet, input grounded.

INTRODUCTION 

Some major integrated the fundamental basis for understanding a logic gate. Among the most recognized doors between theintegrated market are AND, OR, Inverter with an electronic gate three novices can learn how a circuit operating in parallel or in series according to the designer. 
An electronic novice will be able torecognize an input or output of these integrated only to see their pin or function within a circuit. Based on this information a technician will be the line of sight operation of an integrated itself withsimple items such as (transistors, resistors, rectifiers).

a) Voltage at the collector when no entries are added voltage source (air).  Rta: 0.14 v 

b) Apply 5 volts to the input voltage above the other without leaving 

Rta: 5.1 v 

c) Take the two entrances to land in the output voltage. 

Rta: 5.0 V 

d) Take an input to 5volts, leaving the other ground reference. 

Rta: 5.0V
