El día del árbol principio a celebrarse un quince de mayo pero por disposición oficial fue trasladad al treinta de mayo del mismo mes, tal como ahora se encuentra,para que los escolares la celebren

Tal disposición tiene por objeto: poner en contacto al niño escolar, con la naturaleza, para que reflexione acerca de los múltiples bienes queella nos proporciona.
Such a disposition has for object: contact the school child, with the nature, in order that he thinks it brings over of the multiple goods that she provides to us.
Entrelos seres que la naturaleza pone a la disposición de los humanos, se encuentran las plantas, quienes nos brindan, además de todos los órganos que las constituyen, su perfume, sus propiedades medicinalese industriales.
Between the beings that the nature puts to the disposition of the human beings, they find the plants, who drink to us, besides all the organs that constitute them, his perfume, hismedicinal and industrial properties.
También nos da la abundancia y frescura de su follaje, su influencia en el clima, lluvia y fertilidad de los terrenos en que arraigan, su atracción a otrosseres, como son las diversas clases de animales.
Also it gives us the abundance and freshness of his foliage, his influence in the climate, rain and fertility of the areas in which they take root, hisattraction to other beings, since they are the diverse classes of animals.
Los seres humanos no debemos olvidar que en las plantas encontramos muchos de los elementos requeridos a nuestraexistencia, y que en compensación a los bienes que nos proporcionan, debemos guardarlas, cuidarlas y cultivarlas.
