Resumen
La presente investigación se ha desarrollado con el objetivo de conocer la relaciónexistente entre el Género y la Discriminación que se produce en el contexto Laboral.
Las principales variables socio-laborales que se identifican se encuentran dentro de la dinámica de la discriminación laboral por género, como es el salario y actividades o tareas propias del trabajo.
Para ello se realizara una investigación cualitativa en base a entrevistas a diferentes trabajadores de la ciudad deChillán los cuales correspondan a cargos similares pero con diferencia de género. Se tomara como muestra diez trabajadores, cinco hombres y cinco mujeres, los cuales una pareja de un hombre y una mujer tendrán igual o semejante tipo de trabajo, siendo diferentes trabajadores sin título universitario y trabajadores con título universitario.
Los resultados determinan la diferencia que existeentre los trabajadores de distinto género y la discriminación que surge en el plano laboral según las labores que realicen.

Abstract
The present investigation has developed with the aim (lens) to know the existing relation among the Genre and the Discrimination that takes place (is produced) in the Labour context.There were identified the principal social labour variables that they find inside the dynamics of the labour discrimination for genre.
For it a qualitative investigation was realized on the basis of you interview different workers of Chillán's city which correspond to the same post but with difference of kind. It was taking as a sample ten workers, five men and five women, which a man and a womanwill have equal post in his work, being different workers without university degree and workers with university degree.The results determine the difference that exists among the workers of different kind (genre) and the discrimination that arises in the labour plane according to the labors that they realize.

Resumen
