Virtual English Course Guidelines

Welcome to the new Virtual English course offered by USMA. We are now using the Ellis program which will helpunify all of the English academic classes. Below are the guidelines for you to follow as a participant in the course. (After reading, please send me an email with an attached copy including your name,ID #, and LEVEL added at the bottom.)







Before you begin your course, you must return this word document, as an attachment, via email to the teacher at handy_gal1@yahoo.com or yourcourse will not be activated.




• The student will take the course in sequential order, starting with the first unit/module.




• Any units that are incomplete at the end of thesemester will mean the student has to reregister and take the course again. There is sufficient time to finish all the assignments when the student programs his/her time effectively and doesn’t waituntil the last minute to try to finish the entire program.



• You may take the unit tests only once. I have blocked access to do it more than that. You will get a message that you must retakethe test if you score less than 80%, however, you can’t. You must be sure to pay attention when doing explore and practice sections of each unit so your test score is more than 80%.



• Youmust have a minimum of 81% as an average of the partial test scores in order to come and present the final exam.
