TÉCNICAS GERENCIALES CREATIVAS APLICADAS POR LOS
DOCENTES EN CONTEXTOS EDUCATIVOS PARA LA MEJORA DEL
RENDIMIENTO ESTUDIANTIL

RESUMEN
Las organizaciones educativas viven en un contexto social de incertidumbre, por ello requieren
del cambio organizacional parasatisfacer las exigencias del entorno complejo. Asimismo, como
parte vital de esta transformación, se hace más eminente la capacidad reflexiva del gerente de
aula sobre la manera tradicional de dirigir el aprendizaje, si aspira lograr calidad en su labor
pedagógica, que le permita al estudiante extenderse de la adquisición de información a la
construcción de conocimientos. Lo anterior conduce estainvestigación, cuyo objetivo es analizar
las técnicas gerenciales creativas aplicadas por los docentes para mejorar el rendimiento
estudiantil. Metodológicamente se orientó en el paradigma positivista con enfoque enmarcado en
un diseño no experimental, apoyado en un estudio de campo de naturaleza descriptiva
transaccional. La población fue de treinta y ocho (38) educadores, a quienes se lesaplicó como
técnica la encuesta y un instrumento de tipo cuestionario conformado por (25) Ítems, validado por
el juicio de expertos, con un coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,90, concluyendo que los docentes
poseen mediano conocimiento respecto a las técnicas gerenciales creativas y sólo algunas veces
las utilizan para mejorar el rendimiento estudiantil, estableciéndose las recomendacionespertinentes al objetivo de la investigación.

CREATIVE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES USED BY TEACHERSIN
EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS TO IMPROVE STUDENT PERFORMANCE
ABSTRACT
Educational organizations live in a social context of un certainty, it requires organizational change to
meet the demands of the complex. Also, as a vital partof this transformation, it becomes more
eminent the reflective capacity of the manager class about the traditional way of directing learning,
if it aspires to achieve quality in their teaching, which allows the student range from the acquisition
of information construction of knowledge. This leads this research, which aims to analyze the
creative management techniques applied by teachers toimprove student achievement.
Methodologically oriented in the positivist paradigm with focus set in a non-experimental design,
supported by a field study of transactional descriptive. The population was thirty-eight (38)
educators, who answered the survey as a technique and a questionnaire-type instrument made up
of (25) Items validated by expert opinion, with a Cronbach alpha coefficient of0.90, concluding that
teachers have medium knowledge about creative management techniques and only sometimes
used to improve student achievement, establishing appropriate recommendations to the research
objective.
