Global Warming
The first question is how did this problem occur? Basically, we have an excess of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere. The Sun’s rays hit the Earth in order to produce heat and energy. Asthe heat exits Earth’s atmosphere, the accumulation of the greenhouse gases traps it in our atmosphere, not allowing the heat to run its natural course, and therefore, causing global warming.Greenhouse gases, however, aren’t the problem. They are needed in order to keep the Earth warm in enough to support life (greenhouse effect). It is the excess of these gases that causes the problem. Thisaccumulation occurs due to the human population’s use of fossil fuels like coal, petroleum, and natural gas that we use in order to drive cars, use electricity, or heat our homes. Another factor that playsa significant role in this tragedy is deforestation. The more we cut down trees, the less carbon dioxide is converted into oxygen, and it’s been proven that the more carbon dioxide there is in our...
