Yesthey are valid, especially when we think about the functionality of this generic strategies and how you could transport them to the IT business. The ITenvironment is one that changes constantly and following certain strategies can help business to achieve their potential.

2. -Open a Dropbox account,open a Google Drive account and compare
Both offer mostly the same tools, such as portability and cloud storage but I think you cold go with the one youfeel more comfortable using. In my personal opinion Dropbox has helped me solve al my portability needs and I use it mainly because I heard of it first3. - Describe pros and cons of each one and which would you select for an average Mexican company
Dropbox has the advantage of being the most knownolder company, but they also have complicate issued regarding security and customer service. Their offer of free space is very acceptable and they alsooffer the chance to upgrade this storage space with and without having to pay for it.
Mean while Google Drive is a tool of the Google Apps and has theadvantage of being a familiar platform, they also have a compatibility advantage with their Google products.
If I were to recommend one, I would go withDropbox for the small and micro companies and Drive for de medium sized companies. Knowing that mayor companies must have their own IT specialized software
