Basics of Managing Risks
A risk is something that may happen and if it does, will have an adverse impact on the project.

There are four stages to risk management. They are:
• RiskIdentification
Use a combination of brainstorming and reviewing of standard risk lists. Generic risks are risks to all projects. Risks should be defined in two parts. The first is the cause of the situation. Thesecond part is the impact.
• Risks Quantification
Risk need to be quantified in two dimensions. The impact of the risk needs to be
assessed. The probability of the risk occurring needs to beassessed. For simplicity, rate each on a 1 to 4 scale.
• Risk Response.
There are four things you can do about a risk. The strategies are:
• Avoid the risk.
• Transfer the risk.
• Mitigate the risk.
•Accept the risk
• Risk Monitoring and Control
The final step is to continually monitor risks to identify any change in the status, or if
they turn into an issue

Diagnóstico de la empresa: Van a investigar y analizar la manera en que esta administra susproyectos. Identifiquen la metodología que lleva a cabo, sus prácticas y los resultados que obtienen.

Primer reporte de avance: Este consiste básicamente en su calendarización o diagrama de gantt. Enbase a lo que planearon, deberán mostrar sus avances hasta el momento.  Por lo tanto es un avance de los dos procesos que están siguiendo en su proyecto, el de la empresa y el del equipo docente.Por ejemplo, en su planeación ustedes indicaron la fecha de inicio y término para cada actividad, el número de horas hombre estimadas para ellas; entonces en los reportes de avance, se sugiere incluir...
