What do you understand by business skills?

Business skills are those attributes that a lot of people may have, but negotiators knows how to apply them in a different waythat will benefits his own projects; those skills gives them the “power” to make business, to make decisions, to take risks, to socialize with different kinds of people, to improve a company and manyother things.
I found an online article named “21 business skills to succeed”; I looked at it and it was really fascinating so I want to write what I understand of those business skills and why arethey so important to succeed:
1. Communication (written, social networking, speaking, sales and negotiation): Humans are social, humans were creating for socialize, is in our nature to communicate,is a need; a business person just know how to take advantage of that “need”, he knows exactly how to get to a person by talking or written to him/her, have the power to persuade, to convince and mostimportant thing to negotiate; so, it is very important for a business person know how to communicate.
2. Planning (strategic, project, financial, risk and logistics): Is very hard to find thatsomething succeed without a previous planning; is correct to take some risks but without a previous strategy it is not very certain that things can go well. Negotiators need to have the ability ofknowing how to be prepared for any kind of crisis they need to get trough, and that is just what planning is, living in the present but being always one step ahead the future.
3. Productivity (timemanagement, meeting management, leadership, systems and personal productivity): Working in business means having a busy life, is important that the negotiator can be able to follow schedules, tomanagement time and people and to have discipline with his own work.
