UEP PNEUMATIC ADJUSTMENT
1- We need configure the pressure sensors with any net pressure and when the machine is unplugged. The block pressure sensor “A”: Push “Edit” button. Push button “B” or “A” until the light square below A, is flashing. Push “Edit” button. Push “B” or “A” button until the symbol appears. Push “Edit” button. Push “B” or “A” button until the min pressure is 0 bar. Push“Edit” button. Push “B” or “A” button until the max pressure is 1,50 bar. Push “Edit” button. Push “B” button until “HY” is 0. Push “Edit” button. Push “B” or “A” button until a flashing “NO” appears on the screen. Push “Edit” button. Push “Edit” button. Push “B” or “A” button until a flashing “SPEC” appears on the screen. The px block pressure sensor “A” and the px workingpressure sensor “B” are inside one pressure sensor, and it are placed in a X cylinder face.

The “A” and “B” nomenclature are the pressure sensor air inlets. The function of the px block pressure sensor “A” is to activate the machine emergency in case of shock with the X cylinder, in the way at home. The function of the working px pressure sensor “B” is to give a signal when the X cylinder has found apallet. The py pressure sensor is placed beside the Y cylinder and his function is used to give a signal when the Y cylinder has found a pallet.
